Keto Alfredo Sauce

Who doesn't love a cheesey Alfredo sauce?  High in fat and low in carbs, this sauce fits perfectly into a ketogenic or low carb nutrition plan.  


The Alfredo sauce can be an amazing addition to many dishes.  It goes great over spaghetti squash, zucchini noodles, or low carb pasta (chickpea, cauliflower).  


It is also amazing with chicken!



• heavy whipping cream

• grass-fed butter

• cream cheese

• Parmesan cheese

• mozzarella cheese

• garlic and onion powder

• Redmond Real Salt or Pink Himalayan Salt


Put a pot over low heat and add ingredients.  Start by adding in the cream cheese and heavy whipping cream, stirring it until the cheese melts.  Slowly add in the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, stirring constantly so everything melts together.
