Chicken, Tuna, or Egg Salad
With only a few core ingredients, tuna, chicken, or egg salad makes for a perfect lunch or small meal. It can be made quickly and consumed right away or packed easily and taken to work.

Any one of the salads can be used to make a sandwich or a wrap, but are delicious on their own as well, which is preferable when striving to cut calories and grain carbohydrates from the diet. With no bread, eat the salad with a spoon, or use raw organic veggies like carrots, cucumbers, and celery as a scoop. Another option is to use large leafs of lettuce as a wrap.
