Buffalo Chicken or Cauliflower Dip
Buffalo dip is a go to for a party! It makes a great appetizer to dinner, lunch, or a snack. You could even cook it into some eggs for a delicious spicy breakfast! With only a few ingredients it is super easy to prepare. Using a small crock pot seems to be the easiest to heat, mix everything together, and keep warm, but mixing all of the ingredients in a bowl and baking in an oven works just as well.
Buffalo Chicken
Ingredients:
• chicken
• cream cheese
• mozzarella cheese
• hot sauce (cayenne peppers, distilled vinegar, salt)
• garlic powder
• Redmond Real Salt or Pink Himalayan Salt

Eat dip with a spoon or use veggies like celery as a scoop.

blue cheese or ranch dressing

• cauliflower (either florets or finely chopped for more of a dip)
• cream cheese
• mozzarella cheese
• hot sauce (cayenne peppers, distilled vinegar, salt)
• garlic powder
