Yoga​

Join us for 60 minutes of yoga with certified yoga and mindfulness instructor, Veronica Jazz!

Yoga classes are held in our spacious conference room every Tuesday and Thursday night!

 

The space holds around 20 participants. 

 

Walk-ins of all skill level welcome!


Be sure to bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, and wear loose comfortable clothes.  If you do not own a yoga mat, we have some extras you may borrow!

 

Classes are only $10! (Cash only)

Class Times

Classes are expertly guided, engaging enough for seasoned yoga students, but instructive enough for beginners.  Veronica flows through movements that both relax and strengthen the body, providing variations for different movements that allow everyone to enjoy the class to the fullest.

*Classes are not typically set up in a circle.  Mats will be arranged in a line facing the instructor and lights are dimmed to create a relaxing atmosphere. This picture was for demonstration purposes only.
